We want to take this opportunity to wish each one of you and your families the very best over the holiday season. We can't thank you enough for your continued trust and support. We hope 2022 is prosperous and safe for all.

This past year has been both challenging and rewarding at the same time. In August, after 12.5 years, we said goodbye to Crystal Heppner as she moved on to help with her family business. We were very fortunate to welcome Tiana Mitchell to our team. Tiana has filled the role of administrative assistant quite well and welcomes all challenges this job has to offer. She hopes to be able to meet all of you soon!

We also welcomed new additions to the Avanti family! Tiffany welcomed a baby girl in January named Mackenzie and our magic man, Kelvin, welcomed a baby boy named Kayden in July.

Debbie and Kevin enjoyed the first full year as grandparents with daughter Sam gifting them a grandson by the name of Elliot.

With constant challenges due to the pandemic, a flood in the office and half of the year spent working from home, the Avanti teams says goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. We are so looking forward to the New Year! We look forward to seeing you face to face in the coming year as well.

Some other things to mention:

• As always, December is a busy month in the claims department, so please have patience when submitting your claims and waiting for your reimbursements.
