As 2019 is just around the corner, we thought we'd recap this past year in this blog post...

First of all, THANK YOU! Thank you for your support and patronage. We had another great year here at Avanti Planning Group. Kelvin had a successful first full year with us and we look forward to seeing his business grow in 2019. We also look forward to more magic tricks (if you didn't know - Kelvin is also a magician!). We also introduced Tiffany to the team and she has been a great addition. If you have not met or spoken to her yet on the phone, she looks forward to introducing herself to you next year.

As far as the rest of the team goes, we have all had a great 2018. Kevin has really enjoyed his new Drone and capturing some fantastic footage around the city. Let him know when you want to go flying your Drone and he will happily join you. Crystal was able to fit in a couple trips to her favorite place, Las Vegas this past year. She is now counting down the days for her next trip there. Maybe Debbie and Crystal can convince Kevin of a Las Vegas 2019 Avanti work retreat? We will keep you updated on the progress of this ;) Debbie is looking forward to some downtime over the holidays. After finishing her dream trip of a 28 day vacation to Eastern Canada this past fall, she's had an exciting year.

• December is a busy month in the claims department, so please have patience when submitting your claims and waiting for your reimbursements. With the Canada Post disruption coming to an end, claims should start arriving again in a timely manner.

• The Avanti office will be closed from December 21st at noon until January 7th at 9AM. If your matter or query is urgent, you can call Kevin on his cell phone as he will be monitoring business from there during the office closure. Kevin's cell: 604-551-8593
