Choose benefits that best meet your needs. With Maximum Benefit, you have access to the open market. We’ll secure quotations for the insured benefits of your program such as Life, Dependent Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long Term Disability from leading insurers such as Assumption Life, Desjardins Insurance, Equitable Life, Great-West Life, Manulife, RBC Insurance, Sun Life and The Co-operators.

Choose which benefits to self-fund. These typically include Health, Dental and Short Term Disability benefits. Maximum Benefit can help you to choose benefit designs based on your company’s current needs and budget. To provide financial protection against large, catastrophic medical claims, Maximum Benefit incorporates Stop Loss Insurance on all health options to protect your plan’s financial integrity. Also, unlike others in the marketplace, Maximum Benefit does not require an initial or opening deposit, or any other monies in advance for self-funding. We will pay for your claims, send you a claims report and then recover the amount from your account the following week. This gives you ultimate control as you receive the paid claims report before any fund transfers take place.

Add ancillary benefits to your program from specialty insurers. Maximum Benefit can provide these benefits as well – from Best Doctors® services and Critical Illness coverage to Employee Assistance programs and YourNurse.

 

It’s as simple as that.

 

Once your plan is set up, Maximum Benefit will administer it all. We maintain eligibility; prepare all required plan documentation including booklets and benefit summaries; provide customer service on toll-free, bilingual lines; adjudicate and pay claims; and prepare utilization and claim reports for your review. You and your employees can manage the plan online and ALL your employees have access to our health and wellness site, my-benefitsHEALTH®.
